We wanted to modernise the reception area of our site, Le Jardin des sculptures, Château de Bois-Guilbert, through a number of projects, including the creation of a visitor application with an adult itinerary and a children's itinerary, in French and English, to help make the site accessible to as many people as possible. We were very well supported by the team throughout the project, from start to finish, and they're still there to listen and react when we need them. Visitors who have downloaded the application are very satisfied: the content makes it easy to understand the symbolism of the landscaped areas, and navigation on the application is simple and accessible (map view or list view). The ability to create and add new content and itineraries ourselves makes this application a fully-fledged mediation tool that can be renewed according to cultural programming and temporary exhibitions.

Our 24-25 season ended earlier than we had hoped with an early elimination from the play-offs. This meant that the club would embark on a third consecutive season in the 2ᵉ division while expectations of a climb back up were quite high. Add to that stiff local sporting competition, with Section Paloise, qualified for the Champions Cup & Pau FC working miracles in Ligue 2, we feared we would have trouble retaining our season ticket holders. With the support and expertise of Arenametrix, we thought through and prepared our subscription campaign, basing our sales strategy on a fine-tuned segmentation of our customers and prospects, and communication tailored to the offers on offer and over time. In the end, following 3 consecutive subscription campaigns during which we had lost subscribers, in 25/26 we saw an increase in volume and sales of around 10%!
