We didn't have a visitors' book that met our expectations, so together we drew up a questionnaire that reflects our image and meets our needs. We are now in a better position to measure the satisfaction of our visitors, to dialogue with them where necessary, to rectify any shortcomings that have been pointed out or to highlight our successes.
