Database management and audience analysis. Arenametrix has enabled us to maintain links with our festival-goers throughout the year, thanks to a high-impact newsletter, get to know our audience better and centralise our data with the ticket office!

We worked together on several aspects of customer relationship management (CRM) for the SunSka Festival, including email campaigns, audience segmentation and the implementation of automated scenarios. Thanks to this collaboration, we were able to refine our CRM strategy and make our communications more relevant and effective. The automated scenarios, in particular the post-purchase upsell scenario, have enabled us to increase additional sales while improving the festival-goer experience. E-mail campaigns and the creation of newsletters. The training clarified questions, made it possible to scan the main resources of this CRM, and also to consider improvements in the effectiveness of our communication.

As part of the digital strategy of the Théâtre Saint-Gervais in Geneva, Arenametrix helped us to bring together in one place our different databases, which were all independent of each other and therefore did not give us a real overview of our audience. Not only is the time spent campaigning and segmenting our contacts infinitely shorter than before, we also have access to ticketing data by performance without having to log in to our ticketing system. Everyone can therefore have an overview of the filling of the room in real time.

40 shows, 250 curtain raisers per season. The need to switch to innovative CRM management was imperative with the aim of optimizing attendance through customer loyalty. The integration of Sendinblue into the Arénametrix tool allows us to track and qualify shipments in a few clicks. A health crisis later, a new season begins with 50 shows and more than 300 curtain raisers. The accompaniment of the spectator experience is reinforced through communication before and after the show; customer profiles that are easier to identify in order to offer them a selection more adapted to their tastes, or to communicate to them the coherent tariff offers.

We have been using Arenametrix for 5 years now and are convinced of the effectiveness of this software package both on the monitoring of sales and marketing analysis of data from sales and on the extraction of files to develop our communication campaign. The daily sales reports on some of our actions allow us to have a permanent feedback on the progress of our sales. The summary tables also give us direct indicators on the communication campaigns conducted around the different shows and events of our programming. The speed and efficiency of our research on the software are major assets to carry out our marketing actions. The tool continues to evolve, particularly in terms of Marketing automation and new strategies are to be built in these new functionalities.

Being in charge of the ticketing and the shop, I was more solicited on the recovery of data from our ticket office, online ticketing + on-site shop (managed via vivaticket supports) and our online store (managed via prestashop support). Very positive result: data that goes back to arenametrix automatically and can be fully exploited in a new light.
