Arenametrix accompanied us on the implementation of a mapping allowing us to easily segment our audiences with our ticketing, the implementation of multi-consent and the use of marketing automation. We had positive feedback on the opening of our e-maillings, especially on the campaigns of the Journées des Plantes which pushed us to develop the multi-consent that is being implemented.
