Arenametrix accompanied us on the implementation of a mapping allowing us to easily segment our audiences with our ticketing, the implementation of multi-consent and the use of marketing automation. We had positive feedback on the opening of our e-maillings, especially on the campaigns of the Journées des Plantes which pushed us to develop the multi-consent that is being implemented. Indeed we have a very wide offer for our customers and it is important for us to know our audience and to offer them content according to their interests.
