This is the first time we've set up a CRM system from almost nothing. So we did a diagnostic of our tools, imagined the functionalities that could be of interest to us, calculated the figures, set up, trained and deployed them. Arenametrix proved to be a partner in this construction, even if it took longer than we had imagined. Our grasp of the tool is improving day by day, and we're thinking about how to optimise it all, even if our dependence on our other software sometimes holds us back.
