Our 24-25 season ended earlier than we had hoped with an early elimination from the play-offs. This meant that the club would embark on a third consecutive season in the 2ᵉ division while expectations of a climb back up were quite high. Add to that stiff local sporting competition, with Section Paloise, qualified for the Champions Cup & Pau FC working miracles in Ligue 2, we feared we would have trouble retaining our season ticket holders. With the support and expertise of Arenametrix, we thought through and prepared our subscription campaign, basing our sales strategy on a fine-tuned segmentation of our customers and prospects, and communication tailored to the offers on offer and over time. In the end, following 3 consecutive subscription campaigns during which we had lost subscribers, in 25/26 we saw an increase in volume and sales of around 10%!
