We did not have a centralized tool for the sales forecasts of our group (which includes several commercial brands). Now it's done, and it changes our daily lives! Colibri has made it possible to simplify the operational work of many employees by grouping forecasts into 1 single tool, which in turn generates forecasts that were not previously transmitted regularly by brands. We are now working to improve the reliability of our forecasts.

We were faced with a tool that was too complex to manage our provisions and we needed a collaborative tool. We worked with Colibri on the implementation of VISION and FLOW at the same time. The results are felt through a better management of our stocks but also in the implementation of a precise process federated by all.

We wanted to implement an S&OP Process in GGB. However we faced issues with the large volumes of data for Sales Engineers to review in the Demand Review Process. The COLIBRI Team worked with us to develop the correct hierarchies requried to allow our Sales Engineers to quickly and efficiently review their sales forecasts on a monthly basis . The Sales Engineers can quickly review their Sales Forecasts and this provides accurate Data for us to upload into our SAP ERP to be able to calculate capacities, raw material requirements and to complete the S&OP Cycle

We were following about 400 articles on Excel. The challenge was to take all the SKUs or 8,000 ref. We didn't have a forecast culture within the company, nor did we have a forecasting department as such. We needed an accessible, simple, understandable and collaborative tool, allowing operational teams to do this "change management" and turn to forecasting. Rapid implementation of the project was also one of the keys to success internally. The discovery of COLIBRI during the market study highlighted a tool SMART, allowing to take a very professional and solid first step in forecasting. The collaborative aspect and embedded BI were key elements. COLIBRI also ensured an implementation period of 90 days !!! Bet held and successful with a KICK OFF in mid-February, a GO LIVE within 90 days, and all despite the health crisis that began!

We needed a simple and flexible planning tool to support our transformation in certain markets. Colibri allowed us to structure and solidify the Demand and Supply Planning process in collaborative mode. We are seeing better reliability in our sales forecasts. The resulting supplies are more accurate and have allowed us to reduce both our inventory and our out-of-stock rate.

The modeling of the sales of the E.Leclerc Movement via monthly forecasts in order to make our product supplies more reliable and reduce our safety stocks. An increase in the reliability of our forecasts of more than 20% has doubled our product reference in stock while limiting the impact on the area allocated to these products.

Implementation of the Vision tool. Vision helped us save time in the calculation of forecasts and we had a total involvement of the sales teams around this project.

Since I've been at Vitacuire, forecasting is something important: there has always been a culture of sales forecasting in the company. Thanks to Colibri's automatic calculations, we immediately gained in reliability on the forecast of products for which we had a sales history. There are many very positive things at Colibri. Perhaps the first thing is the simplicity of implementation, and I confirm today that this is not a commercial argument: it is the truth. The dialogue with Colibri was also very valuable because we were talking to each other in a concrete and clear way. Our Excel files constituted our specifications: we knew our need and we realized that Colibri met all our expectations. Hummingbird was 100,000 times more powerful than the files we used until then! For us, Hummingbird is more than a forecasting tool. It is a real support for collaboration between teams. Today, we also use the tool a bit like a CRM, and no longer just as a tool for forecasting figures.

The first demo requested from Colibri was enough to reassure me in the fact that the solution perfectly met our requirements. We didn't need anything more complex... nor more expensive! Hummingbird really met all our criteria. For us, Hummingbird's strength has been the speed of handling, deployment and return on investment of the tool. In all and for all, the Colibri project was set up in 3 months, and from 4 months we began to get an interesting ROI. Having worked with PSA behemoths, I don't know of any other solution on the market that is capable of doing that. My favorite for the solution is mainly due to the following: - The ability of the tool to provide a global visualization for inventory management and sales forecasts; - The common engine of the solution: everyone benefits from the improvements made; - The facilitation and fluidization of daily work through the implementation of the tool; - The ergonomics of the tool: full SaaS avoids having many interfaces and optimizes project time; - The relationship with the Colibri teams: sympathy and quick responses when needed; - The quality / price ratio of the Colibri solution.

We selected COLIBRI because it was an agile solution capable of adapting to our processes. We were convinced both by the tool that corresponded to our needs, but also by the competence of the teams that accompanied us and that allowed us to successfully deliver the project. Thanks to COLIBRI, we have better control of stocks and replenishments. This tool finally allows us to have a projection of these two elements, in order to be able to give Finance the projection necessary for a better management of the company. We are very satisfied with the work accomplished with Colibri, it is an agile solution, adapted to growing SMEs, which perfectly meets the challenges of the Supply Chain.
