The modeling of the sales of the E.Leclerc Movement via monthly forecasts in order to make our product supplies more reliable and reduce our safety stocks. An increase in the reliability of our forecasts of more than 20% has doubled our product reference in stock while limiting the impact on the area allocated to these products.
