We worked on a first POC project on two entities of our group as part of the implementation of a standardised forecasting process in our various subsidiaries. Following this success, the Vision tool was deployed in 4 other subsidiaries. We have developed our skills in demand forecasting, which has allowed us to implement a more robust S&OP process in the relevant subsidiaries.
