Since I've been at Vitacuire, forecasting is something important: there has always been a culture of sales forecasting in the company. Thanks to Colibri's automatic calculations, we immediately gained in reliability on the forecast of products for which we had a sales history. There are many very positive things at Colibri. Perhaps the first thing is the simplicity of implementation, and I confirm today that this is not a commercial argument: it is the truth. The dialogue with Colibri was also very valuable because we were talking to each other in a concrete and clear way. Our Excel files constituted our specifications: we knew our need and we realized that Colibri met all our expectations. Hummingbird was 100,000 times more powerful than the files we used until then! For us, Hummingbird is more than a forecasting tool. It is a real support for collaboration between teams. Today, we also use the tool a bit like a CRM, and no longer just as a tool for forecasting figures.
