We wanted to implement an S&OP Process in GGB. However we faced issues with the large volumes of data for Sales Engineers to review in the Demand Review Process. The COLIBRI Team worked with us to develop the correct hierarchies requried to allow our Sales Engineers to quickly and efficiently review their sales forecasts on a monthly basis . The Sales Engineers can quickly review their Sales Forecasts and this provides accurate Data for us to upload into our SAP ERP to be able to calculate capacities, raw material requirements and to complete the S&OP Cycle
