We were following about 400 articles on Excel. The challenge was to take all the SKUs or 8,000 ref. We didn't have a forecast culture within the company, nor did we have a forecasting department as such. We needed an accessible, simple, understandable and collaborative tool, allowing operational teams to do this "change management" and turn to forecasting.
