I work with TrackAd on behalf of one of my clients and the experience is very good. TrackAd is used by us to observe actual conversions for our client in order to cross-check the figures of social media advertising platforms. TrackAd allows us to follow up efficiently, clearly and clearly.

We migrated all our acquisition spend tracking to TrackAd in order to limit the time-consuming, manual in-house tracking. Our old platform was not ergonomic and didn't meet all our needs. A turnkey platform, with N-1 history, one-click reports, the ability to feed in lots of data, secure affiliate sales, simple, clear expense tracking. We've been won over!

We have requested to set specific metrics and even ways of tracking (in first click instead of last click for different types of affiliates) and it was fast and effective. Now we have in different sources all our affiliates being tracked in the right attribution model. It is also easy to make reports and request specific data. We have chosen to integrate the TrackAd tool in a context of strong acquisition growth and with the aim of structuring our actions and further diversifying our levers. The Customer Success team understood our business challenges and was very attentive to the issues related to our internal processes. This allowed us to set up the tool individually and optimally. We called on TrackAd in order to limit fraud via affiliation and identify any suspicions (or dispel doubts) that we could about certain "black box" affiliates. The implementation of the cookie consent pop-in on our Phildar.fr and Pingouin.fr sites has significantly reduced the share of traffic tracked by Google Analytics.
