We called on TrackAd in order to limit fraud via affiliation and identify any suspicions (or dispel doubts) that we could about certain "black box" affiliates. Since the implementation of TrackAd, we have been able to identify some affiliates for whom we had serious doubts and we have been able to exclude them from our programs. Similarly, we have reduced the number of orders we validate at the affiliation level in order to be able to use these investments on other channels in affiliation or other leverage.

The interface is very clear, you get to grips with it quickly. The Customer Success team is always there to meet our business needs and give us additional analytical thoughts. I analyze with them all my acquisition levers by reviewing the possible points of improvement for each one. The implementation of automatic alerts allows me to actively monitor which I did not systematically carry out, I recommend. Precise and efficient monitoring of the performance of the levers, possibility of changing analysis very quickly.

We were facing a problem of attribution, monitoring the performance of our marketing levers and loss of data on Google Analytics. TrackAd allows us to be more responsive for the management of our campaigns and therefore to improve our ROAS.
