I needed help understanding the deliverability of my emails. I wasn't sure if my emails were sending properly....and more importantly how email sending works. Pierre gave simple yet direct answers to my questions...my confusions that I spent 5-10 hours trying to learn on my own, Pierre cleared right away. A DKIM problem solved in 15 minutes to get out of spam

I was searching for an email deliverability expert as I had an issue with my DKIM score failing and all my emails were going to spam. I have been having a problem with our ISP's SMTP server where from time to time emails would be bounced back with a "sender rejected" status.
