I almost feel like telling you that if our prospects see us recommended on Trustfolio it's perhaps more important than if their cousin or aunt or school friend tells them about it. In the end, we feel that we've succeeded in doing what we wanted to do, which was to create a fairly special relationship with our customers. And it's so special that they want to tell us, shout it out and recommend us. It's really nice.

The importance for us of a platform like Trustfolio is that it's word of mouth, but digital. That's the only way we operate, by word of mouth, by recommendation. That's why it's so important, and why customer satisfaction is obviously essential, but it has to come from them. At the end of the day, it really speaks to our skills and the people who put their trust in us.
