For me, the three strengths of Spark are their process, their responsiveness and also the fact that they were a force of proposal throughout the collaboration. My name is Laurent, I work at Greenly, a company that democratizes the carbon footprint of companies, and I am in charge of the various topics related to Greenly's growth, for example on lead acquisition and customer retention. So we had several problems. It was mainly the fact that we didn't have the internal resources to conduct different tests on different acquisition channels. This is the reason why we wanted to call on Spark to benefit from their expertise, their support on several B2B customers to do tests on outbound channels, such as LinkedIn and Facebook, which we did not necessarily master internally. They made it possible to set up high-frequency tests to check if the channels were really of interest to us and were growth-promoting. To answer this problem, Spark presented us with a roadmap to set up tests on the entire funnel to the bottom of the funnel. What we tried to do was really generate leads and generate meetings with the various salespeople. To measure the success of the campaigns we will look at two indicators. The first is MQL, so the number of Marketing Qualified Leads brought by the different campaigns that are high funnel and also the indicators concerning the different leads. So there, it's really the people who will go to your website and who will fill out your demo request form. First of all, our first goal was to bring traffic to our website. Once that was the case the idea, it was to convert better, so to test different value propositions on our landings pages. And for that, they made UI models that allowed us to set up a battery of tests and generate more conversions on the Internet. The second part is on internationalization. We just made a series A so we are targeting the markets in the UK and the United States. They allowed us to start implementing Ads and a digital strategy to start getting leads in the US market via paid channels. For me, Spark's strength comes down to their process. They listened to our needs. Their second strength really relies on their responsiveness. And thirdly, I would say that it is the fact that they were force of proposal on the strategies of the auctions, on the creations, on the Ads, to generate original campaigns that can have good results and that perform.
