We lacked visibility into the performance of our various levers, with a follow-up that was both concise and effective to detect problems. Very good performance monitoring, excellent responsiveness to various requests and unforeseen events, and good progress in our figures despite a significant increase in budget that has managed to be well absorbed. I have every confidence in Spark and their motivation to make us achieve our goals. Growth in all our indicators: CPI, CPSU, CPA, with a great focus on in-app events that are the most business generating. Good advice and expertise that also allowed us to test new levers with nice surprises.
