A really good experience for a first time. It’s quite unique! A great way to meet people I’d never have come across anywhere else. I made some great connections with all sorts of people. A unique experience. Some were more talkative than others, but that’s no big deal!

I was looking to meet new people, both as part of my job search and to expand my professional network. A very friendly atmosphere with plenty of opportunities for discussion. Some great connections.

I attended my first KOZ lunch at Café Lisboa. There were six of us around the table. It was a particularly interesting experience, as everyone came from very different professional backgrounds. In response to the question posed at the start — “What makes you angry?” — I suggested a different approach: “Guess our profession at first glance”. This little game allowed everyone to introduce themselves naturally and quickly created a friendly atmosphere, conducive to conversation and discussion. I left with some new contacts and, above all, the feeling of having experienced a lunch that was truly different from my usual routine. I found this KOZ event to be both simple and enriching. The small-group format quickly creates a friendly atmosphere where conversation flows naturally.

A friendly, warm gathering of five people. Not at all “all business” – just lovely people who were genuinely pleased to get to know one another. I really liked the small group, and the fact that nobody started off with a sales pitch. It was friendly and warm. I didn’t make any particularly strong business contacts for my work, but that wasn’t why I came; I just wanted to meet new people in Marseille and it was perfect for that. And the restaurant was brilliant!

First time signing up to try it out: it was smooth and hassle-free. The process is simple – it’s great! There were four of us with quite different backgrounds, but all in the same field. The conversations flowed naturally; we didn’t even need an ice-breaker!

I really enjoyed the KOZ experience. The format is simple but very effective: a small table, a diverse group of people, and very natural conversations. The atmosphere was really relaxed; we quickly got talking about our backgrounds, our careers and the issues we’re currently focusing on. I met people whose backgrounds complemented my own, and I think there could be real synergies in the future. A wonderful experience. The conversations flowed naturally, the atmosphere was friendly, and the people around the table were very interesting. I particularly appreciated the small-group format, which allows for real discussion and the creation of genuine connections. I’m leaving with some great encounters and complementary contacts with whom there could be synergies.

The group was perfect, especially as we all had similar backgrounds (former Parisians now living in Marseille). We hit it off straight away! We could have spent the whole afternoon chatting about this and that, but unfortunately our commitments cut the gathering short. The only thing worth noting is that only two people were in the same line of work. I was the only one who had absolutely no insight into their profession, but it was still very interesting! I’ll definitely be booking another session :)

Nothing but interesting, diverse and friendly people. And some of them could make great partners. A perfect balance between a pleasant time and professional relevance. Natural and friendly conversations. I signed up straight away for another lunch!

I was looking for a less formal setting than after-work events to meet new people. I enjoyed meeting these people, but one of them monopolised the conversation, making it difficult to interact with the others.

The ideal format for meeting new people and discussing your professional life in an informal way, without that awkward moment at the start of networking events (how am I going to talk to whom, etc.). Communication is quite natural and the small group format is very pleasant! I loved the format: simple and fluid conversation. Breaking up your day with lunch with strangers is quite stimulating and, in this case, the useful is linked to the enjoyable, as we discuss our professional environments without it being purely commercial.

I enjoy meeting people and I usually arrange lunches with people I choose, for one reason or another. Then Koz comes along and it's a surprise, I arrive at lunch without knowing who I'm going to meet!!! And it's great: surprise, curiosity, novelty, really positive and enriching experiences!!! Good conversations, only positive encounters and, as always, the network sparks ideas to develop!!!

Very easy to use and perfect for networking! It makes it easy to expand your network by meeting inspiring and inspiring people. A wonderful group of friendly people from a variety of industries. Lots of humour! And for the record, there were three of us pesco-vegetarians 😀

Nice people, a good time. The food at the restaurant was pretty average. Good conversations, nice people. As for turning it into business, I’m not sure. I think it would be good to introduce potential prospects to our press relations team. A press officer meeting people who might need support would be more interesting than meeting four girls in communications.

I was looking to build a network in Nantes because I work remotely full-time and have just moved to the area. Great people and a very good meal.

I enjoyed the chance to meet people unexpectedly, without preconceptions or filtering based on profiles. The conversations were very open and it was a welcoming experience. I was curious to try out new formats. I don't like traditional networking events where the goal is to sell yourself to get recommendations and hand out as many business cards as possible. With KOZ, I can simply meet people with whom I generally have things in common and chat over a meal or a drink without any real commercial stakes. I've met some wonderful people thanks to KOZ Club, and sometimes bumped into people I hadn't seen in a long time. A really good time over lunch in a nice restaurant. It's easy to fit into a working day.

Koz is all about wonderful discoveries, both human and culinary. I've had the opportunity to attend four Koz lunches, and each time I've met interesting people and had very fluid and enriching conversations.

An experience that gets me out of my shell – seriously, it feels absolutely brilliant to meet people without feeling left out in a crowd of 50 people who all know each other and where you wouldn’t dare intrude! Here, it’s simple, down-to-earth, full of smiles, rich and fascinating life stories, and exchanges of professional experience – it creates a sort of professional solidarity. Koz quickly becomes addictive! A great atmosphere without any power games, and that’s an essential criterion when you don’t dare to sell yourself, like me. I love this diversity of worlds, which broadens my perspective and allows me to pick up useful tips for developing my business. I’ve had a lovely encounter that will continue outside the Koz network. Haha, I’m coming for you – no, there won’t be the first couple thanks to Koz, but surely a friendship that will grow over the months and years.

The people at my table were very interesting. I enjoyed meeting a franchisee like myself and the owner of an SME. That's exactly what's missing from other networking groups I've been to, where there are only freelancers. It was a good experience. I think I'll do it again. Unfortunately, the next ones don't fit in with my schedule. I'm looking forward to the next ones.

A targeted networking and business event on a human scale. This allows time for in-depth discussions. A good second experience, well organised. Personally, I am concerned that the size of the organisations present is not sufficiently "scaled" in relation to my prospect targets. Nevertheless, synergies remain possible.

I was looking for a format to meet professionals with the same profile outside my network, but without any ulterior motives, more to discover people who share the same professional life without any sales pitch behind it. In short, a pleasant, very human experience that gives you energy and ideas. Fluid exchanges, super interesting profiles, I didn't see the two hours fly by and I think I'll see each of the guests I met around the table again.

An opportunity to meet new people. The mindset of everyone who attends makes it easy to strike up meaningful conversations (rather than small talk), which is very enjoyable and interesting. I always leave these lunches in a good mood, feeling enriched and with the impression that I have known these strangers for a long time, even though I only met them two hours earlier. I find the format very friendly: a small table where you can really chat (you don't get distracted by a large group of people, as is often the case in many business groups), the lunchtime format is perfect (very convenient when family life doesn't allow for early morning breakfasts or repeated after-work drinks) and there's a good mix of business and personal discussion. I was very satisfied with this experience: in the end there were three of us (instead of the five originally planned), but that didn't stop the lunch from being very productive. I will definitely do it again.
