I’m looking to build a social network in the true sense of the word ‘social’. To meet genuine people and have meaningful experiences. This meal gave me a real sense of fulfilment. The conversation flowed naturally right from the start. There was plenty of listening, lots of questions and plenty of advice given.

I was looking to meet new people in Nantes who were involved in entrepreneurship, without the group being properly established or everyone knowing each other. To be honest, I had a great time. The conversations flowed easily and were really enjoyable.

It’s a great experience that can help you build a strong network in the region and also get to know people and their professions in more detail – particularly those who are just starting out in their businesses – and discuss some of the challenges we might face in our day-to-day lives

Such lovely people – we talked about everything except work: our own experiences, what we’d have liked to do as a dream job, our children, our passions. It was a truly relaxing time with genuine people who weren’t putting on an act. A breath of fresh air and sincerity. Really lovely, genuine people who, above all, want to get to know one another. It’s not a competition to see who’s got the biggest car or house – it’s genuinely very pleasant.

Some really relaxed get-togethers with four other people, all of whom were really friendly, cultured and open to discussing a wide range of topics (we hardly talked about business at all, which suited me just fine!). We got on so well that we’ve decided to meet up again for drinks in a month and a half! Honestly, it was really lovely and surprising to see such a good match in terms of interests and life experiences. Well done, KOZ!

I met some really friendly people and had some completely unexpected, interesting conversations. The restaurant is lovely and the food is well prepared and full of flavour. I enjoyed meeting people I wouldn’t necessarily have come across elsewhere. It leads to different and stimulating conversations.

A really great experience! A warm welcome from the restaurant and the whole team. The conversation quickly became natural and flowed easily. There were five of us at a table for six, which really allowed everyone to join in. I met some very open-minded, curious and kind-hearted people, with very different backgrounds and interests. There were great conversations, sharing of experiences, useful tips… and we’ve already made two connections and are chatting privately amongst ourselves. 😊 It will be interesting to see how this develops over time! What particularly struck me was the diversity of the people’s backgrounds and pursuits. People who are evolving, learning new skills, developing a new venture, writing a book, creating music or have new projects in mind. I loved this curiosity and this desire to keep learning, discovering and moving forward, both professionally and personally. And then, people who appreciate the finer things in life, good conversations and shared moments… that’s right up my street! 😊

I’ve been to very few in-person networking events, but it gave me the chance to meet different kinds of entrepreneurs with a completely different outlook! Everyone was really friendly and open, so I’d definitely do it again! The conversations flowed really smoothly and naturally – I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Six people who don’t know each other, discussing various topics – mostly ‘professional’ ones – which allow for a relaxed, ‘business-oriented’ approach in a friendly atmosphere, free from judgement. A great sense of ease in our exchanges, with people who are highly professional yet at the same time deeply open-minded and cheerful, all sharing a common desire: to encourage the realisation of everyone’s projects and aspirations. I hope that the momentum from this first meeting will continue and grow over time. For my part, I am committed to staying in touch, keeping in touch with the people I met, encouraging them and letting them know that this meeting meant a lot. Because, beyond our areas of expertise and life experiences, it is the bonds we forge that give the gathering its true richness.

As a freelancer, organising a networking lunch can quickly turn into something rather stuffy and overly formal. Here, we get to meet each other, find out who’s who, what everyone does and why, and build connections… I can well imagine one or two collaborations coming out of it. All in all, a relaxed lunch with plenty of interesting conversation.

Pleasant, relaxed, no ‘sales pitches’ – a friendly occasion to broaden one’s horizons, step outside one’s comfort zone and speak French (as almost all my professional contacts are in German or English). Yes, natural and friendly conversations.

It’s a brilliant concept, just like Timeleft – I really like it. That said, the restaurant was quite pricey and there were no special offers. There were some nice chats with open-minded people, though that’s to be expected from people who want to meet others.

Time well spent. Every stranger has a story, and I had the privilege of listening to six of them. It reminded me a little of sitting at a wedding table where you don't know anyone. Yet, because they're friends of the bride or groom, you instinctively know they'll be people worth meeting. KOZ had that same feeling - a table full of thoughtful, interesting people brought together for a reason. There was always something to talk about - just remain curious.
