A very pleasant lunch, surprising encounters and wonderful discoveries – thank you KOZ. I'm leaving with renewed energy and a few points to explore that have piqued my curiosity.

Two hours to meet strangers with no strings attached and no expectations other than pleasant surprises. It was my fifth time and definitely the best experience I've had. I left at 2:30 p.m. without noticing the time passing.

I liked saying that I was going to have lunch with "I don't know who yet"! I felt a little privileged to be part of such an unusual experience. I was curious about the people I would meet, and I found it quite fun to only find out where I was going to have lunch 48 hours in advance 😊. It was a rather convivial moment, with curious and kind people. The venue was very nice (La belle idée in Grenoble). I didn't feel obliged to do anything, except take this moment for myself.

We started our evening with three people, waiting for our fourth guest, but when they didn't hit it off at the second KOZ table, they joined us (we ended up with seven people), which I thought was a shame. It broke our dynamic and made the matching less relevant. I'll come back to try it under different conditions, but I remain sceptical about this last-minute change. Interesting, it makes me want to try it with other people. It's difficult to generalise after only meeting two people, I imagine it varies a lot! It was quite smooth, interesting to meet two other managers, but the two contacts present already knew each other, so you always feel a bit out of place, especially when there are three of you.

It's a nice way to meet new people and talk about my professional projects without any pressure. The diversity of profiles naturally led us to seek out commonalities or complementary skills to enrich each other.

As a young entrepreneur, I was looking for a different way to network, one that was friendly and hassle-free. Sharing a meal with strangers can be scary, especially for an introvert like me, but the conversation flows easily, as if we've known each other for a long time. Thank you, Koz Club, for offering a different kind of networking experience!
