Our company has worked with Fleur de Mets on two occasions to organise cocktail receptions for around a hundred people. They were flexible and responsive during the events. Excellent food.

We had to make adjustments right up until the day before, and Fleur de Mets proved to be responsive and accommodating. The event was a success and everyone was in good spirits, despite it being a complicated project to organise!

Culinary Evening. Availability and management for a project with many constraints

Having previously provided services for the Paris Book Festival, Fleur de Mets supported us during the very first edition of the Nocturne Culinaire with remarkable professionalism. A truly bespoke service, an attentive and responsive team, and above all, absolutely delicious dishes, perfectly tailored to the chefs’ requirements and the specific nature of the event. A wonderful collaboration that played a major part in the success of this inaugural edition.

We called on Fleur de Mets’ expertise to provide the catering for our annual in-house event, covering all the key dining occasions. The teams at Fleur de Mets quickly understood our expectations and constraints, enabling them to offer a service that was perfectly in line with the values of La Plateforme du Bâtiment.

We organised an event featuring two lunches and two dinners to mark our Group’s Annual General Meeting. The service was flawless, as was the customer relationship. In particular, we were able to optimise the lunches considerably, and the gala dinner was exceptional!

Two events organised for Renault at the TCR took place under excellent conditions. Careful scheduling allowed for various breaks and lunches to be arranged, whilst adhering to the client’s specific constraints and requirements. I worked with Fleur de Mets on an in-house event for 200 people. We asked for a ‘quick’ lunch and a cocktail reception. The cocktail reception was very good and very generous.

We worked with Fleur de Mets on a large-scale event at the Musée du Quai Branly; we needed to set up activity stands in an empty hall, and the result was perfect. We helped organise a festive evening event attended by 2,500 people, arranging a cocktail reception served within a tight timeframe, whilst ensuring everything ran smoothly and there were no queues at the buffets. The objective was more than achieved.

We had to organise a fundraising gala dinner. We had to be very responsive, adaptable and flexible in order to cater for needs that were constantly changing. Fleur de Mets was in charge of organising the dinner (menu, equipment, floral decorations, cloakroom). The dinner was very well received, both for the quality of the food and the service; several people asked me for a contact at Fleur de Mets.

We had contracted Fleur de Mets to cater for our client event at the Opéra Garnier, held alongside the Paris Air Show. For the stand itself, we had chosen a different supplier. Less than two months before the event was due to begin, we learnt that the caterer we’d selected had gone into liquidation... Fleur de Mets responded very quickly and offered to assist us with the catering for our stand as well. The food and drinks served were of excellent quality; they demonstrated rigour and professionalism; we received positive feedback from our teams on the catering (cocktail bites and lunch boxes); and they showed great adaptability in dealing with changes.

We have worked together at the EUROSATORY and SIAE (International Paris Air Show) trade fairs. We have now been working with Fleur de Mets for three years, and it is always a pleasure. Their efficiency, the quality of their services and the professionalism of their teams are second to none. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, and always live up to our expectations. Organising an evening event for 350 influencers.....

We commissioned Fleur de Mets to cater for a seminar for 600 people and a three-day trade fair in November 2024. A highly efficient, professional, helpful and incredibly responsive team. What’s more, the team members are absolutely lovely.

We worked together on the 2024 Paris Motor Show. Three stands with catering provided around the clock for seven days straight. The mission was a complete success, with excellent responsiveness to last-minute requests. Motivated teams, always with a smile, both in the run-up to and during the event. It was a real pleasure working together.

For our last two annual cocktail parties, we called on Fleur de Mets. Their sales team proved to be reliable, responsive and professional, whilst staying within our budget. The dishes, buffets and floral arrangements stood out for their refinement, simplicity and creativity, featuring seasonal produce. We worked together at our association’s 68th Annual Congress, an event that brings together more than 1,000 participants from all over the world. As part of setting up a VIP Club, how can we make the service offering ‘premium’? Involvement of the service provider from the outset of the project, collaboration on drafting the ‘Customer Experience’ brief, and drawing up the roadmap/mission statement for the catering team. Feedback from our customers’ surveys ranges from ‘satisfied’ to ‘very satisfied’.

We worked together on a cocktail reception at the Palace of Versailles. We appreciated your responsiveness in meeting the very tight deadlines and the way you set up the buffets in the room.

By its very nature, our event presented a number of logistical challenges. The sales and field teams took charge of these issues, which gave me great peace of mind. Fleur de mets delivered a high-end, personalised experience. The service was entirely in keeping with the event and more than met our requirements.

We set up a retail outlet, launched a restaurant and managed a Zenchef booking platform, in collaboration with the FDM team. At the same time, we organised cocktail receptions – around 30 over a three-month period, each for between 50 and 200 guests. The schedule was well managed and organised in advance. I had regular meetings with the project manager in charge of our account to follow up on the events and deal with last-minute changes – and there were plenty of them. The team was brilliant and responsive. I’m delighted with this collaboration.

We organised a large, luxury dinner for 1,600 guests, with aperitifs served at the table before the meal. The challenge was to match or even surpass the standard set at the previous event. Our commitment, dedication and attentiveness to the client’s needs and wishes, both during the tender phase and subsequently during production, were key to the success of the evening. The table settings were sumptuous and the meal was exquisite, sophisticated and creative. The working conditions were exceptional; trust and a good working relationship are always a bonus that contribute greatly to the success of an event! The feedback from clients has been glowing.

Our challenge was to provide a high-quality, understated, seasonal and welcoming daily catering service for our guests at the VIVATECH 2024 event, and to cater for our 300 in-house participants over the four days. We aimed to build rapport with the organisers by hosting two cocktail receptions. I have known Maison Fleur de Mets for years and their catering is as high-quality, original, authentic and delicious as ever.
