I was presented Unilatch by Besix on Duuo sales , it was my first time working with a reservation system and I find it very easy to use , I’m very happy with the results . We are able to see the real units available vs the ones sold/reserved in real time , at the launching and even now there are just a few units left this is really important to be able to be dynamic and not lose a sale or present a unit that is no longer available .

When joining The Hill Group, the company was already using Unlatch. I found it very user-friendly and easy to learn. Some CRM systems can be cumbersome, and that was NOT the case with Unlatch. It does what we need it to do. As a company, Unlatch have always been very responsive when needed. It is very seldom that we have to call on them for support, but when necessary Alex has always been very speedy, friendly and helpful - he is certainly an expert in his field.

Unlatch has enabled us to dematerialise our entire sales process - thanks to a highly comprehensive CRM and sales administration system. Follow-up, efficient data processing, centralisation of data, sharing of software between teams, etc.

Without the appropriate tools, customer follow-up was becoming very complicated and the reception was deteriorating. Signing sessions for reservation contracts were very long and we only used electronic registered letters. Every contact with our customers is recorded to guarantee better follow-up over time and a personalised welcome for each of our customers. Signing booking contracts electronically is much quicker and allows us to spend more time on substantive discussions rather than on paper signatures. The use of electronic registered mail allows us to reduce our paper production and also saves precious time in disseminating information.

We worked with Unlatch to introduce a new CRM platform for the business, integrating a progression tool. it also saw the integration of new platforms for SMS and email sends for two-way API integration. We also launched a hub for customers to receive updates on their new property as well as storing all their relevant paperwork. Alex is friendly, informative and passionate about what he does. He's a pleasure to work with and is keen to help overcome challenges that arise. The system is a great tool to amalgamate multiple platforms, which historically consisted of many touchpoints.

Our flagship development One West Point was the first project we commissioned Unlatch to operate for us, and the result was that our business has progressed into a far more professional operation with data to hand at all times. before we engaged unlatch all of our reservation docs were done by hand then had to be sent to our lawyers and deposits were taken by agents which was always an issue to receive them, so undoubtedly our whole process has moved to a very high level. The training given by the Unlatch team is first class and very intensive for our sales team along with the agents we are working with and the solicitors who deal with our conveyancing and it certainly has changed the admin side of our business to a highly competent operation. We have added a further site North Kensington Gate to the workload and the general consensus is that the Unlatch product adds so much to our overall product. With the reporting Unlatch provides it certainly has created fingertip information in our sales programme that previously was problematic at times to compile. I speak as Sales Director of C&D and really have to offer Alex the Team Leader of Unlatch our highest commendation as he deals with all of our staff/agents and lawyers with a gentle but authoritative glove which works wonderfully and allows the use of unlatch to be as smooth as possible.
