With Taqt, we worked on the installation of a service monitoring terminal. I was guided towards the product that corresponded exactly to my needs. I quickly received my products, which were quick and easy to install. I received excellent support throughout the installation and even afterwards (you always think you've got it right :-) .

We carried out a test project for our modernisation at a major customer site which worked well, then a few network problems, but this was due to the site. Then after a demo to other customers, we signed up for more terminals, and were really very satisfied. Our customers are happy with our move to modernise, to be more transparent and connected. I think that Taqt has become our working partner, and we propose this solution in all our invitations to tender.

We tested (and approved) the Taqt solution on the Nestlé Research site to manage planned interventions + satisfaction surveys + requests for one-off interventions. The system enables us to be alerted to and monitor any problems that arise on the premises. Overall, the solution is reliable and very useful. It is possible to monitor planned interventions to avoid any deviations and to easily request one-off interventions. We are notified by email or text message, which is very practical and reliable, and gives us a quick and easy overview of our needs.
