Petit Guanxi is a very professional hunting cabinet. Her specialization in sales and marketing allows her to have an interlocutor who understands very well the issues on both the recruiter and candidate side. Laetitia is very reactive and she knows how to identify a good "fit" between the candidate's expertise and a company that seeks to develop.

I was first approached by Petit Guanxi for a position and, after recommending a relationship, I decided to ask Laëtitia for a recruitment because the communication was very fluid, pragmatic and above all pleasant. My needs/criteria were quickly understood and assimilated. Most importantly, they were faithfully transcribed to the candidates. Out of the dozen interviews conducted, two profiles were offered to me by Petit Guanxi. They both went to last stage (short list of 3), one of them received and accepted an offer. All understood, it will have taken just over a month, so the longest is the arrival of the candidate that we are looking forward to, I will ask Petit Guanxi again with pleasure :)
