Monitoring: Their support includes regular monitoring with monthly performance reports, which allows us to easily adjust our strategy. We are very pleased with this collaboration. The results have been positive, both in terms of the volume of leads generated and the conversion rates into regular donors, with average basket sizes in line with our acquisition standards. This is a competitive channel for us thanks to higher retention rates, which automatically improves the donor’s lifetime value. In the current climate, where traditional prospecting is proving difficult, the system put in place makes a significant contribution as a strategic complement to our other channels. On the relationship side, the Orixa team demonstrates a level of expertise and support that we particularly appreciate, operating in a spirit of partnership, if I may say so, rather than simply providing a service.

Orixa supports us on all levers and mainly on SEA, particularly Google Ads. Since we started working together, we've seen some very interesting results in terms of acquisition. We were looking for an agency that could support both the members of the Mazda network, who are experts in communications and need to launch campaigns quickly, and those who are less expert and need us to explain to them, depending on their objectives, which levers to activate, as well as being educational about the results of the campaigns. We chose Visiperf because they were able to support us mainly in search, i.e. paid search. But also because of the platform they offer for monitoring and activating the various levers at local level. Visiperf is a dedicated team of experts who contact the network to try and get them to use the platform, but also to develop their own communication plan to support them on a day-to-day basis. So they're very responsive. They really help them on a daily basis to decipher KPIs, performance and campaigns. So that's a real plus, and that's what we were looking for!

When I arrived at Fauchon, Orixa was already in place for more occasional assignments at key times of the year, particularly Christmas. As head of digital and CRM at Fauchon for the past five years, I decided to work more closely with Orixa for our media agency, which means that I now have a single contact and a single agency for all acquisition levers. Fauchon is a major luxury French gastronomy house. We needed an agency that knew our brand and our customers well. Another advantage of Orixa is the interaction they can have with Google and Facebook, and the fact that they're also a source of ideas on new technologies and new developments from the GAFAs. It also means having a short-term strategy for certain operations, but anticipating and seeing what long-term strategy we can put in place for Fauchon. But also a good knowledge of the brand. And for my part, they gave me confidence in what was being proposed from a strategic point of view, as well as responsiveness at all times on the part of the teams. And that's still the most important thing for me. You can see the results in Fauchon's continued growth in e-commerce, and particularly in paid media. The idea for the future is to put in place a much more customer-focused strategy. That's going to be the challenge over the next few years, to build a strategy based on customer knowledge. And on that basis, we're going to rely on tools and ultimately send all this data to audiences that will enable us to go much further from a digital and e-commerce point of view.
