I've had the pleasure of working with ITER Advisors as our external fractional CFO for over two years, and their impact has been transformative for SolarMente. We scaled the business from an annual revenue of €500k to €3.5 million within a few years. Iter came in when finance was chaotic. They created a new P&L, Cash Flow report, and Balance Sheet.
