We turned to Iter Advisors for an external opinion on our financial processes and management methods. Their analysis provided us with a critical and structured view, enabling us to confirm our current practices and identify a number of areas for improvement.

We scaled the business from an annual revenue of €500k to €3.5 million within a few years. Iter came in when finance was chaotic. It was a fast and efficient onboarding process, and they helped us manage accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, bank contacts, and financial strategy. They created a new P&L, Cash Flow report, and Balance Sheet. They made us much more efficient by improving how to handle payments and incoming and outgoing invoices, so we required fewer resources in this department and less friction. Iter also helped us apply for government subsidies.
