We have been customers from the outset for Arcad's IBMi (formerly AS400) application lifecycle management solutions. ARCAD's IBM partner solution allows us to manage all our repository management, versioning and, above all, secure deployment needs in environments equivalent to the open Git world, while handling all the specific features of the IBMi platform. We are also starting to use the promising new Discover product as part of our internal ERP application modernisation projects. With a very large and complex legacy ERP system, involving thousands of components, files, programmes, etc., and several development teams working on multiple application development projects simultaneously, the Arcad solution has quickly become indispensable in terms of delivery security: impact analysis, multi-versions, secure deployments in integration, acceptance testing, pre-production and production environments.

Arcad helped us optimise the performance of a solution for which we had lost expertise. Their surgical intervention enabled us to resolve the problem to a large extent.

The 2-in-1 solution with a very user-friendly interface enabled us to discover data and anonymise it effectively, meeting our complex needs.

By anonymising data, we have not only strengthened our compliance and security, but we have also demonstrated to our partners and policyholders that protecting their information is one of our top priorities.

We were learning more about the GDPR. We didn't really know how to bring our information system into compliance. After looking at different solutions, we decided it was best not to add to our problems. Let's go with ARCAD Software, let's go with DOT Anonymizer. It seems simple, and we had a good relationship with their teams.

A French publisher that meets the criteria for digital sovereignty and provides products that are relevant to our needs. ARCAD Software clearly stated its open source orientation early on, which is an important factor for us in our open source policy. Their products will soon be available as public open source.

ARCAD's major advantage is its ability to respond to customer update requests as easily and quickly as possible.

Compared to other tools, DROPS provided us with a secure, centralised solution for managing our multi-platform deployment needs. It aligns perfectly with our transition to a hybrid cloud. Equally important, the ARCAD Software team was a good fit for our way of working. Throughout the implementation and even today, there is strong collaboration between the Rexel teams on one side and the DROPS teams on the other.

By adopting modern language and tools, our IBM i application is now easy for young developers to maintain.
