We worked together on a refurbishment project for ANTIN résidence. I worked with Acorus as project manager. This collaboration went very well, and the work was well done on the whole. Acorus won the tender to be the general contractor on a project to refurbish 100 housing units belonging to a social landlord, a project for which we were prime contractor. The project involved thermal refurbishment of the blocks of flats, with thermal insulation from the outside using scaffolding, as well as major refurbishment work inside the homes (replacement of joinery, refurbishment of wet rooms, installation of a thermodynamic hot water tank and associated creation of a ventilation system, replacement of radiators). The work was carried out in occupied accommodation. The Acorus team carried out this difficult project with dedication and seriousness. Acorus handled the technical requirements, the presence of asbestos, interior work in occupied accommodation, the tenants' association defending its prerogatives and covid with great professionalism. The refurbishment was carried out to the complete satisfaction of those involved, and the thermal objectives were met. The teams were unfailingly supportive, responding promptly to requests or problems raised, and were a source of technical and management suggestions.
