It was an AO. Together, we renovated six houses/a small residential building and a building connected to the cottages. We started the projects in a rush. There wasn't enough preparation on either side. This led to communication problems. But we managed to turn it all around and achieve very good results in the end (albeit three months late). The users who moved into the premises are very happy. The mission was a success.

We worked together on the Amgen project in Courbevoie, with Majorelle as the prime contractor. Acorus was in charge of all the electrical, CAD and CAM work. Everything went smoothly, the site was well monitored and there was always someone to talk to. Acorus was very responsive on all issues, including the additional work, which was incorporated into the initial deadline. The work was well finished, and relations with the other trades were good. The client had already worked with Acorus, which made it much easier to work together and to co-operate on the work packages taken on directly by the client. Acorus went beyond its role as a simple subcontractor on this project. Well done again.

Plumbing and PRM adaptation on a remote site (Antibes). Responsiveness and transmission of detailed reports

Acorus knows how to adapt to special cases: the case of a very elderly person required the installation of a pump in the technical shaft to enable the installation of an extra-flat shower tray allowing direct access without the need to step over it. The PRM adaptations to the bathrooms were carried out perfectly and within a reasonable timeframe. The tenants are very satisfied with the skill of the teams and the materials used.
