Acorus knows how to adapt to special cases: the case of a very elderly person required the installation of a pump in the technical shaft to enable the installation of an extra-flat shower tray allowing direct access without the need to step over it. Acorus won the tender to be the general contractor on a project to refurbish 100 housing units belonging to a social landlord, a project for which we were prime contractor. The project involved thermal refurbishment of the blocks of flats, with thermal insulation from the outside using scaffolding, as well as major refurbishment work inside the homes (replacement of joinery, refurbishment of wet rooms, installation of a thermodynamic hot water tank and associated creation of a ventilation system, replacement of radiators).
