31 housing units in Rue Pierre Larousse. OWNER: RIVP. City of Paris Climate Plan project on an occupied site, with the installation of ITE over the entire building. Removal of asbestos from the roof. Replacement of external joinery. Renovation of communal areas. Others. The result perfectly matches the architectural intentions. Although the site was occupied, it went smoothly thanks to the attentiveness and professionalism of the Acorus teams.
