Mélanie Marcel spoke at a MAIF Foundation conference and we were able to appreciate her commitment, clarity, relevance and experience. A high-quality intervention around ethics, impactful scientific research, the benefits and limits of artificial intelligence in this context. <br>The view that Mélanie Marcel and SoScience take on scientific projects is interesting, since the search for the impact of this work on society imposes an original vision, with the necessary convergence of very diverse actors, and a very ethical approach in the design of projects.

Thanks to the connection with different players, we have been able to position ourselves on calls for projects from different sources, where we could not have gone alone. It will unlock new contracts and new solutions increasing our activity.

Let's face it: we are not experts in this type of transformation, and we need help. What SoScience has brought us is a different way of looking at our problems, solutions and opportunities.

I have participated in many workshops in my career, but I must say that The Future Of Waste program day was the most inspiring workshop I have ever attended. 1) the participants were carefully selected to cover all the dimensions of our subject in terms of positioning in the value chain but also in terms of "social" diversity 2) participants were in a positive state of mind and open to learning, sharing and collaborating 3) the event was perfectly designed by SoScience (..) including a period dedicated to the formalization of potential collaborations. This is one of the strengths of this program: dedicating yourself not only to having a great day sharing ideas with inspiring people but to formalizing potential projects with new partners. Working with SoScience in a very collaborative spirit allowed us to meet one of our main challenges: bringing together the right people around a complex subject, the industrial valorization of the fruit & vegetable sectors. Without SoScience's know-how and human resources, we would not have been able to carry out such a program. We know of no other company that could support such projects by integrating such a diverse ecosystem of academic researchers, start-ups, social entrepreneurs, small and large companies and industries. I have personally met people I would never have met in my daily professional activities. SoScience has a very structured step-by-step process to help you define the questions you want to answer to correctly answer your business/technology/scientific questions. It kind of forces you to think outside the box and look at your topic from new angles by looking at the whole topic and not just your area of expertise. This is the best way to find answers to a global challenge!

A real opportunity lies at the articulation between digital and sustainable innovation. The digital revolution is on the way, but to what end ? By linking digital and sustainability, it will be possible to shift our vision of the business and stay in the race.
