Quality deliverables on time, despite very tight deadlines for the investment process

We've had the pleasure of working with ITER Advisors for 5 years now, and this relationship has proved to be a real strategic asset. Far more than just an outsourced CFO, Iter's teams have been at our side on a number of structuring projects: migration of our ERP, complete structuring of our finance function, support on complex legal and tax issues, non-dilutive financing, etc... I have only good things to say about Iter, and never had any issues with them. They manage all the finance department and also taking care of the collecting and expenses of the company. The result is very positive! Giving me and the team to focus on the operation side. We have full trust with iter (and Arthur) to take care of the finance side. I've had the pleasure of working with ITER Advisors as our external fractional CFO for over two years, and their impact has been transformative for SolarMente. Before partnering with them, we struggled with basic financials, keeping our accounting up to date, and building a structured P&L. ITER Advisors stepped in and helped us set up robust accounting processes, fixed our invoicing and billing issues, and built connected financial statements that have been invaluable. Their support was instrumental in our fundraising efforts, helping us secure 50 million in debt financing and close other critical deals, including equity agreements (VCs, Business Angels such as Leonardo DiCaprio). We scaled the business from an annual revenue of €500k to €3.5 million within a few years. Iter came in when finance was chaotic. It was a fast and efficient onboarding process, and they helped us manage accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, bank contacts, and financial strategy. They created a new P&L, Cash Flow report, and Balance Sheet. They made us much more efficient by improving how to handle payments and incoming and outgoing invoices, so we required fewer resources in this department and less friction. Iter Advisors helped me with the economic and financial modelling of Winid's business plan. I had a precise idea of the business, but I needed to materialise it in a clear, exhaustive and automated business plan, particularly for calculating EBITDA and cash flow forecasts. This business plan was presented to the LFPI investment fund, which decided to invest through the Ergalis Group. A resounding success! Confident in my figures, I felt confident in defending the project and obtaining the investment needed to set up the business.
