We have called on Equancy for various missions. One mission consisted of project management in the context of responses to complex calls for tenders concerning strategic partners. A second mission concerned the support of the Marketing Department on the health market strategy and the development of the health strategic plan. As part of the redesign of a health and well-being prevention program, we were accompanied by Equancy in defining the animation and engagement plans of community members. Equancy began by studying the current situation of our company from a Data and BI Architecture point of view as well as the main obstacles to its evolution. We contacted Equancy in 2022 to modernize our Data approach.
