Equancy began by studying the current situation of our company from a Data and BI Architecture point of view as well as the main obstacles to its evolution. Based on the strategic objectives of the COMEX, Equancy then proposed a transformation plan in two years, with a view to implementing a new Data Architecture as well as a Self BI platform, and a complete change management program. After a few months, the new data platform was deployed, taking into account the specific constraints of our company, and employees were trained in its use.
