Recruitment of junior facility manager trainees. Always very good profiles.

We recently called on Eiquem to help us find a trainee, and I'd like to warmly recommend them. The team was responsive, listened carefully and understood our needs perfectly. Their selection of profiles was relevant, and we were able to take on a trainee who was motivated and fully aligned with our expectations.

Eiquem has supported us in several of our recruitments within the Key Account Managers team (permanent contracts and trainees). I appreciate the quality of the candidate briefings as well as the follow-up and advice given by Marie and Tara throughout the recruitment process. As a team manager, Eiquem's help has been invaluable and has enabled me to make progress with my recruitment needs, while focusing on my day-to-day tasks.

We worked together as part of an active search for work-study students to meet our needs to strengthen our teams". We received several CVs, all of which matched our requirements. The profiles were of a high standard, which enabled us to recruit a work-study student who met our needs perfectly. We particularly appreciated the responsiveness, efficiency and professionalism of the EIQUEM team.

We called on Eiquem to strengthen our recruitment team for 6 months. We welcomed Camille Mora into our team and things went really well. Camille quickly understood our challenges and how we work. Personally, I'm a junior engineer, fresh out of engineering school, in a 3-person start-up. The recruitment process was something completely new for me. Marie, Camille and Gracia supported us and made the process so much easier. By acting as a very good intermediary between the candidates and us, they relieved us of a number of tasks and allowed us to focus on the essentials. I was able to train myself as a recruiter and take on not 2, but 3 trainees, which was a bit more than I had initially set out to do. As the workload in a start-up doesn't add up but multiplies (depending on the period), that's not too much. And the fact that we found our trainees so quickly (~1 month) is a relief :)
