Digora analysed several critical systems and carried out installations on our Oracle database. The consultants also carried out operational maintenance on several critical Oracle instances and migrated Oracle servers and instances. The Digora teams provide effective follow-up and are always ready to make suggestions on critical issues. They are always ready to listen and analyse in order to get things right. They listen to the customer and make realistic proposals. Production start-up and project follow-up are two points that sum up Digora very well.

I would like to express my total satisfaction with the work carried out by their consultant Benjamin. He carried out the migration from an 11g base to 19c with numerous application accounts. All the accounts reconnected instantly, there were no side-effects, the service was anticipated and we kept in constant contact during the intervention. There were no incidents of service disruption, despite the possible side-effects. Digora by Deep is responsive and follows up in real time.

We have entrusted Digora by Deep with the monitoring of our Oracle database on which we run our JDE ERP. We are notified very quickly of any problems with our production database. The responses in the tickets are very fast. Digora by Deep can handle all the corrections. Very rigorous operations.
