As part of the "Olympic Transformations" programme, which aims to make the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games more sober and sustainable in their impact, one of the flagship measures is zero plastic use by 2024. The City of Paris called on Circulab to launch and structure the consultation of stakeholders and launch its first 2020-2021 action plan. The city of Paris was fully satisfied with its collaboration with Circulab. Since 2020, they have supported us in building our zero single-use plastic ambition (identifying obstacles and opportunities, prioritizing action chains) and have been able to structure and brilliantly animate a network ...

We collaborated on the MED-Ina program. Circulab supported us in training pre-selected candidates in the use of circular canva. Justine also coached the shortlisted candidates in improving the circular approach of their projects. . All participants found this support very useful and relevant. We have also received a debrief that will allow us to be attentive to the risks and opportunities of the 4 winning projects.

We wanted to raise awareness among student audiences about the circular economy in the Emirates, especially in the energy sector. A Hackathon seemed to us the right way to do it, outside the curricula but officially involving universities. Several universities that were not used to collaborating saw that they could benefit from it. A large company in the energy sector also appreciated being associated with this theme and the creativity of the students, stimulated by Circulab. The Hackathon has been observed by others, with the circular economy being an area of great interest here.
