We launched a strategic artificial intelligence programme for the supply chain and were looking for a centre of excellence / preferred partner. Around ten new use cases were created (FAST TRACK) A scale-up/deployment of models already in production in several BUs (SCALE TRACK). A real acculturation of our supply business thanks to a multi-disciplinary team: PM IA - Data Science - ML Engineer.

The aim of the project was to identify and understand the factors that most explain the collection of donations. We used machine learning algorithms in particular. The project was successfully completed on time. We were able to quantify what we wanted and activate levers accordingly.
