We had to wait to receive all the paper copies of the reservation contract and its annexes (1 copy for each of stakeholder, a large amount of paper) and create the physical file. Upon receipt of the documents, we had to initial all pages and sign, prepare handwritten recorded letters and send them by the post. It was a time-consuming activity and the risk of errors or omissions was very present. It is for all these reasons that we turned to Unlatch. Everything is digitised, secure, customers can transparently follow their reservation and communicate via the interface. Time saving is guaranteed (easier work and progression, centralised documents, ...). We are fully satisfied with this platform.
