We were looking for a service to highlight our customers' recommendations and customer satisfaction in general. Trustfolio has allowed us to set up a simple way to request recommendations and share them with our sales representatives who use them regularly. But also to detect possible disappointments and anticipate potential dissatisfaction. Automating the sending of requests is also very convenient although personalized sending is often more efficient.
