Invox recommends trustfolio

Trustfolio is a small software that allows you to capture the opinions of your customers and to expose these contents and these opinions on a site that certifies that it is indeed the people who had to give their opinion who gave it. It's a pretty interesting way to put a little bit of positive things in the teams, in an agency like ours. There are 34 of us, not everyone works on the same customers. It puts a little emulation internally as soon as we have a client who says something good about us. It helped to structure a little bit the process of collecting opinions which was very, very, very artisanal with us. And so, it made it possible to systematically say to ourselves "I'm going to ask my customers what they think of us". And then the best opinions will be shared with the team. They will also be shared on our site, on the networks. Compared to that the ergonomics is super well thought out to facilitate this experience there. I think this is something that is quite interesting today for boxes that would like to show much better what their customers think of them, but who do not necessarily manage to do so. So I recommend Trustfolio.
