Essec Business School recommends TeamBrain

The project consisted of providing candidates for ESSEC programs with 24/7 online support to answer their questions about our school's admission processes. We were looking for a simple system in terms of management, deployable quickly without information development and practical for our experts without adding additional tasks. Within a few weeks, we found that our candidates appropriated the Teambrain bubble (went naturally) thus reducing the generic or repetitive questions that we previously received in the form of a ticket thus reducing our workload. The project improved our service to candidates (faster responses) and ensured continuity of this service during the period of closure of our school (Teambrain answered questions in our absence).
