We turned to Colibri to help us structure and optimise our management tools. Our aim was to develop an analysis and forecasting tool, whilst integrating a solution to assist with the planning and management of our existing order book. Colibri supported us on both fronts, implementing modules dedicated to analysis and operational management. The integration of the Vision module went smoothly and relatively naturally. As for the Flow module, implementation was more complex at the outset, particularly as the tool was initially geared more towards industrial environments. However, thanks to numerous workshops and Colibri’s adaptability, we were able to tailor the solution to our specific needs. Today, the Flow module is fully integrated into our internal processes and serves as a valuable tool for demand planning and order book management (handling stock-outs and overstock, progress recommendations, etc.).
