The deployment of the COLIBRI Sales Forecast Management tool, from mid-2022, has allowed us to delete our multiple Excel files of forecasts by region, and to standardize our forecasting process at the global level, in order to have a more Global vision of our Business. The creation of KPIs shared by the BI tool, now allows us more in-depth analyses on the areas of improvement of our forecasts. And this, keeping in mind the adage: "it is better to be approximately right than precisely false"... This new way of working has allowed the 4 local Demand Planners to save time and efficiency, while creating a working synergy between them. The main users quickly appropriated the tool in just a few monthly forecast cycles, and the full deployment of the collaborative part is planned for this year.
