We set up Ysé's entire ads strategy, with different objectives depending on the season: to raise awareness and acquire new users during collection teasing periods, to convert users during launch or stock return periods, and to collect e-mail addresses during restocking teasing periods. We're working hard on seasonal issues (generating the same buzz in autumn-winter as in spring-summer, which is historically a stronger season), as well as on multi-categories, so that we can have healthy growth, driven by our different categories and not just swimwear in summer and lingerie in winter. We have succeeded in : - increase the % of new users and new buyers over time - create excitement and desirability around our different product categories - increase growth in a stable and sustainable way, with high sales during collection launch periods as well as outside of launches, in particular through selections and themes that create value outside of launches.
