We called on Laurnece Robineau from 5am Logistics to complete the import of our parquet floor during the renovation of our second home in France. Laurence was exceptional. She immediately knew the problems we were encountering, proposed a solution plan mentioning the priorities in order to be as fast and efficient as possible. We felt like we were part of a team where Laurence was the leader and we were there for support, but only when she needed our intervention (signatures and others...). His hard work, his courage (getting up at 3 a.m. to respond to China's export country), and his experience meant that we were able to unblock the container and FINALLY get it to our house to finish a key step of the renovation that without parquet could not move forward.
