My site was no longer online, due to non-payment. Apparently I hadn't received the reminder emails. Thomas and Vincent reacted immediately by contacting me and adjusting my monthly payments. I'm going to pay a late invoice and my site will be back online. A close-knit, responsive and human team. I'm very satisfied with their service.
