Clear action plan to resolve transactional email issues

This SaaS customer was experiencing transactional emails going to spam or not arriving in the inbox. MailSoar identified the causes and proposed a detailed implementation plan. Although this has not yet been implemented, it should resolve the issue and reduce the unsubscribe rate.

We have our transaction emails going to spam or not even reaching the inbox of our clients. MailSoar helped us to identify the issues and came up with a clear implementation plan. We still do not have implemented the action plan, but I'm pretty sure we are going to be able to solve the problem and mitigate future issues as well. This will for sure reduce our saas user churn
